LEVEL Handyman & Remodel is proud to give back to the communities we serve through our first annual Merry Home Makeover. Our goal is to recognize one deserving homeowner who has demonstrated generosity, kindness, service, or a commitment to helping others. We want to celebrate someone who continually shows up for others and give them an opportunity to have a little love poured back into their own home this Christmas.

• Nominations Close: November 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time
• Anticipated Recipient Announcement: December 1, 2026
• Anticipated Makeover: December 2026

All nominations must be received through LEVEL’s official online nomination form by the deadline. Nominations made by phone call or email will not be accepted.

Nominees must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legal residents of Oklahoma.
• Own and occupy the single-family residence being nominated.
• Live within LEVEL’s approved Oklahoma City metro service area, including Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, Moore, Midwest City, Del City, Mustang, Yukon, Nichols Hills, Bethany, and surrounding communities served by LEVEL.
• Have an eligible painting, bathroom, or kitchen improvement project.
• Agree to a property evaluation before final selection.
• Be reasonably available to coordinate the project during December 2026.
• Sign a written scope-of-work agreement before work begins.

Rental properties, investment properties, and vacant homes are not eligible. LEVEL owners, employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

One eligible homeowner will be selected to receive a home makeover with a maximum total retail value of $5,000, including labor and materials.

Option 1: Interior or Exterior Painting
Professional painting of selected interior or exterior areas, as determined by LEVEL.

Option 2: Bathroom Makeover
Selected bathroom improvements, such as painting, vanity replacement, fixtures, flooring, or other qualifying updates.

Option 3: Kitchen Makeover
Selected kitchen improvements, such as cabinet painting, hardware, backsplash, fixtures, or other qualifying updates.

The final project will be determined by LEVEL based on the home’s needs, the approved budget, safety, project feasibility, and material availability. A makeover does not guarantee a complete kitchen or bathroom renovation or whole-house painting.

• The total retail value of labor and materials will not exceed $5,000.
• The award is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• No minimum project value is guaranteed.
• LEVEL will select and approve the specific work to be completed.
• Major structural repairs, foundation work, extensive electrical or plumbing work, hazardous-material remediation, and projects exceeding the scope or budget are excluded.
• Work must comply with applicable building codes, permits, and safety requirements.
• Unforeseen conditions may require reasonable changes to the approved scope.
• The recipient will not be required to pay for the awarded work or purchase additional services.
• Additional improvements requested by the homeowner require a separate written agreement.

Individuals age 18 or older may nominate someone else or themselves through the official nomination form. No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary.

Nominations should explain why the nominee deserves recognition, how they have helped others or contributed to their community, which makeover category would make the greatest difference, and how the improvement could positively affect their life.

Multiple nominations for the same homeowner will not increase their likelihood of selection.

The Merry Home Makeover is a judged community recognition program, not a random drawing or social media popularity contest.

LEVEL may contact nominators and nominees for additional information, verify eligibility, request proof of ownership, and inspect finalist properties. Facebook shares, comments, likes, followers, and the number of nominations will not influence selection.

Before the award is finalized, LEVEL must be allowed to evaluate the proposed project in person. If the requested makeover cannot reasonably be completed within the $5,000 maximum or presents safety or feasibility concerns, LEVEL may propose a different eligible makeover or select another qualified nominee. The final project must be approved in writing by LEVEL and the homeowner before work begins.

LEVEL anticipates notifying the selected homeowner before the planned public announcement on December 1, 2026. The recipient will be contacted privately to confirm eligibility, project feasibility, and acceptance. If the homeowner declines, is ineligible, or cannot complete the required arrangements, LEVEL may choose another eligible nominee. The recipient’s identity will not be publicly disclosed without permission.

LEVEL anticipates performing the makeover in December 2026. Actual dates are subject to project requirements, homeowner availability, weather, permitting, subcontractor scheduling, and material availability. Work may extend beyond December if reasonably necessary.

LEVEL may invite the recipient to share their story and participate in before-and-after photographs or videos. Separate written permission will be obtained before publicly sharing the recipient’s name, likeness, personal circumstances, or images of their home. Participation in marketing, testimonials, or promotional videos is voluntary and not required to receive the award.

Information collected through the nomination process will be used to administer the Merry Home Makeover, review nominations, verify eligibility, and contact potential recipients.

Submitted information will be accessible only to authorized program personnel and necessary service providers. LEVEL will not sell nomination information or publicly disclose personal stories without appropriate permission. Uploaded photos and personal information will not be displayed publicly.

The recipient may be responsible for applicable federal or state taxes associated with receiving the makeover. LEVEL will provide any legally required tax documentation and explain applicable reporting requirements before the recipient accepts the award.

LEVEL reserves the right to verify nominations, reject fraudulent submissions, select an alternate eligible recipient when necessary, and make reasonable changes to scheduling or project scope to comply with safety, regulatory, or practical requirements. Any material changes to the nomination period or selection process will be clearly published. Participation does not guarantee selection or receipt of a home makeover.

This program is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. Following LEVEL, liking or sharing posts, commenting, or tagging friends is not required to nominate someone or qualify for selection.
